HOW IT WORKS

- orders should be placed at least 48 hrs in advance
- didn’t have time to plan? text to see if we’re available, we will do our best to make it happen
- delivery is not available for single day orders – instead we’ll be meeting you on your way to & from the beach
- place your order online. in the comment section at checkout let us know the time you plan on arriving in clearwater
- we’ll reach out the day before your rental to confirm & finalize plans & provide the address
- when you head out in the morning, you’ll text us your GPS arrival time to the address we provide
- our beach gear is easy to transport
- we request pick up by noon. if there are special circumstances, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly
- returning the items is just as easy. we ask that items are returned at least 30 mins before dark (times will vary)
- orders should be placed in advance – the sooner the better, but at least 48 hrs
- in the comment section at check out please tell us your “actual ” arrival date & time
- we can usually drop off & retrieve items at the front desk at many of the hotels
- if your hotels front desk is not open 24/7, we will coordinate with you directly
- drop off & pick up times vary (early a.m. or late p.m.) not during peak hours
- we will try to fill last minute orders, but delivery may not be available
- we do our best to be as flexible as possible
- we appreciate you understanding we have a tight schedule to follow

- to avoid or reduce delivery fees, you can choose to meet us for pickup & drop off. select pick up at checkout
- clearwater, clearwater beach, dunedin, & safety harbor (some areas of palm harbor) Min. order for delivery $100 / $20 Delivery
- sand key, belleair, largo, & indian rocks beach (north of 8th ave north) – min order for delivery $125 / $25 delivery
- indian rocks beach (south of 8th ave n to 2 gulf blvd) min. order for delivery $150 / $30 delivery
- indian shores (from 20256 Gulf blvd to 19600 gulf blvd) min. order for delivery $200 / $35 delivery
- we are mobile – if you don’t meet the min order or you’re not staying in our delivery area, we can arrange to meet you for the pickup & drop off

- 3+ day rentals will be discounted automatically when ordering

Yes! Many of our customers visit the beach for the day. If we are available, we will do our best to make arrangements to meet you on your way to and from the beach. call us, you’d be surprised how easY IT IS.
Many of our customers are actually staying in the orlando area but want to visit just for the day. if that’s what you’re interested in doing, we highly recommend a visit to honeymoon island state park. it’s north of clearwater beach, the driving distance is basically the same but you may not have the crowds & traffic that you’ll experience on clearwater beach. it’s a perfect place to set up camp and relax without the “tourist” atmosphere. Yes, there are bathrooms, showers and there is even a cafe.

ABSOLUTELY! There are so many beaches in the area to visit. It basically depends on what you want to see or do. If you’re just coming for one day and are interested in rest & relaxation, we HIGHLY recommend Honeymoon Island State Park. Why? You don’t have the traffic or parking concerns that you’ll experience on Clearwater Beach. It is the Gulf of Mexico with White Sandy Beaches. Feel free to ask us as many questions as you’d like to help plan your trip!
yes. WE ARE MOBILE & WE WILL PICK A SPOT FOR US TO MEET . ALL SINGLE DAY OR LAST MINUTE ORDERS NEED TO BE PICKED UP & DROPPED OFF. IF YOU’RE PLACING A LAST MINUTE ORDER BUT ARE RENTING FOR SEVERAL DAYS WE MAY BE ABLE TO DELIVER DEPENDING ON OUR SCHEDULE.

- How many days will you need to rent

- Do you want beach activity or are you just relaxing
- will you need any “big boy” chairs or just standard adult chairs ?
